We are currently offering free shipping on all orders across the globe.

Alternatively, if you're in Singapore and wish to pick up your items, please indicate that you want to do this during check out and we will contact you.

Delivery Time

For items that are in stock, please allow up to 2 weeks for your new sparkles to get to you. For items that are pre-ordered, please take note on the date that the product will be available and add 2 weeks for delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely delighted with your jewelry. If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, merchandise can be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original packaging and in unworn condition. Merchandise will be returned pre-paid and insured to Éclat by Alison Yuen. Store credit will be issued for future purchases at Éclat by Alison Yuen and will not include original shipping charges.

Please note that all sale merchandise is final sale.
