Natural Variations

All gemstones are handpicked for each piece of jewelry. When working with stones, variations in color, cut, size and shape are inevitable. These variations contribute to the uniqueness of each piece. Although we do our best to make sure that the colors shown on our website are accurate, actual colors may vary due to monitor, display and/or resolution.

Repairs

We take pride in delivering quality craftsmanship while using fine materials. In the case that your jewelry needs repair due to flaws in workmanship, we will gladly repair your piece or replace it based on the circumstance with no charge. In the case that jewelry has been damaged or tangled, it can be repaired for a fee that will be determined by repair needed.

We are not responsible for any customs or duties that may be incurred in your country.
